Abstract:In this end-of-degree project, an analysis of the subject of interest will be carried out, detailing the reasons why the subject of Human Rights is defined as the preferred one and what are the expectations for a professional future. . In addition, a constitutional review of the Guzmán Albarracín Vs Ecuador Case, its background and how the ruling was reached by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. On the other hand, an analysis of the 2030 Agenda and the actions that are being taken worldwide to comply with the Sustainable Development Goals, giving greater emphasis in this research to Goal number 5 "Gender Equality". Thus studying the rights protected in this SDG "Gender Equality, Physical, Sexual and Psychological Personal Integrity, non-Discrimination" and linking it to the aforementioned sentence.
