Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract:The academic preferences of the students influence orienting them towards the practice in certain branch in his professional life, in the current context there is a concern for the sustainable development, this research aims to analyze whether the knowledge that the student of the Law career acquired in his favorite subject during the academic preparation are adequate to solve the problems that will be faced professionally, with an approach oriented towards the Sustainable Development Goals. In the theoretical framework, in addition to explaining what the Sustainable Development Goals consist of, its doctrinal and jurisprudential foundations are provided. The type of research adopted is deductive theoretical, two instruments have been used, the first to collect information general about the preferences of the law graduate and the second that allows the student to demonstrate his capacity for analysis about the approaches of a judgment of the Constitutional Court. It was determined that the student is capable of recognize the problems that arise in the application of justice within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals.
