| Abstract: | Abstract: The present titling work will deal with the matter that I have personal inclination which is criminal law, which is the guarantee of equity in the acts of justice which constitutes a protection and a right of the accused, and a guarantee for the society to have quality justice. The objectives of sustainable development will be treated, which are a guide of respect for human rights that must be incorporated by the countries that manage a suitable democracy to eradicate corruption, famine and guarantee peace and justice for their inhabitants, we will treat in this investigation the (ODS) number 16 Peace, Justice and solid Institutions, for which it focuses on seeking justice while respecting all constitutional guarantees, seeks the peace of nations to avoid comforts in turn an armed conflict that causes destruction, poverty, exodus of their inhabitants, its objective is to strengthen the institutions of justice so that there is a due process without any distinction. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación se tratará acerca de la materia que tengo inclinación personal es derecho penal, el cual es la garantía de equidad en los actos de justicia lo cual constituye una protección y un derecho del acusado y una garantía para la sociedad para tener una justicia calidad. Se tratará los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible los cuales son una guía de respeto a los derechos humanos que deben incorporar los países que manejan una democracia idónea para erradicar la corrupción, la hambruna y garantizar la paz y justicia para sus habitantes, trataremos en esta investigación el (ODS) numero 16 Paz, Justica e Instituciones sólidas, por lo cual se centra en buscar justicia respetando todas las garantías Constitucionales, busca la paz de las naciones para evitar confortaciones a su vez un conflicto armado que provoca, destrucción, pobreza, éxodo de sus habitantes, su objetivo es fortalecer las instituciones de justicia para que exista un debido proceso sin distinción alguna. |
