Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this work is to capture a summary of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, in the criminal area with SDG No. 16, which seeks to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, for what in the four chapters I will do a doctrinal and legal investigative analysis based on the study of my sentence in this case called Organized Crime, I will consult in official pages related to this topic, with a critical analysis of teachers of the penal area and doctrinaires who contribute his comment on SDG no.16. The goals to achieve peaceful, fair and inclusive societies will be set out in this framework, I will also follow up through my analysis of the problems that this SDG No. 16 has been giving in order to seek a solution to conflicts, it focuses on its nature, legitimacy and effectiveness of the SDG to achieve global development that with this project will be reflected in a clearly deep and comprehensive way.
