Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to carry out the study of a sentence issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in which an extraordinary protection action is requested, the same one that has as its assumption the fact that in a process rights recognized in the Constitution have been omitted. . The analysis of the sentence is linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences, the same as a process that articulates theoretical and practical knowledge of the graduate with social objectives of global interest such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ), and its goals that are integrated and indivisible, global in scope and universally applicable, and that take into account the different realities, capacities and levels of development of each country and respecting their national policies and priorities. The study of this sentence is related to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Number 16, the same one that protects the right to access to quality justice, legal certainty, effective judicial protection, which are protected in our Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. in its article 82.
