Identificación del estrés en docentes de básica y bachillerato de instituciones educativas públicas ubicadas en la ciudad de Loja y la provincia Zamora Chinchipe durante el año 2022

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of the research was to identify the factors related to stress in the teachers of basic education and high school, of an educational institution of the parish Tutupali belonging to the Yacuambi canton of the province of Zamora Chinchipe, and of the city ​​of Loja southern sector during the year 2022, it should be noted that for the development of the study a methodology with a cross-sectional, descriptive design was used, with a quantitative approach likewise with an exploratory study, in terms of the type of sampling it was non-experimental to a sample of 40 teachers, of which 78% were women with age M of 42 years. In such a way that to measure the variable proposals to the teachers, the following psychological instruments: Ad hoc sociodemographic and labor questionnaire, Maslach Chronic Job Stress Inventories; techno-stress questionnaire; scale of depression, anxiety and stress; coping style scale. Regarding the results it can be pointed out in burnout syndrome in teachers, low levels were obtained in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion with 84.2%; in depersonalization 71.1%, and personal fulfillment 7.9%; On the other hand, in mental health they presented slight levels in depression 92.1%; anxiety 92.1%, and stress 97.4%; regarding the strategies coping, teachers expressed adequate and management of strategies focused on the problem.
