Abstract

Abstract: The present research work called "Academic preferences of the Law students and their relationship with the Development Objectives (SDG) through the study of sentences , seeks to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization, in these analyze a proposal of an integral nature through the study of cases established in judgment No. 679-18-JP/20 and accumulated of the Constitutional Court. Through the analysis of the incidence and the relationship of Constitutional Law with the SDG3. Among the main results obtained, it stands out that the right established in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador on the right to access quality, safe and effective medicines are inalienable and the State has the obligation to participatively formulate public policies to ensure that this right is fulfilled and in this way achieve compliance with what is stipulated in SDG3 and your set goals.
