Abstract

Abstract:The present investigation seeks to determine the state of mental health of workers sanitary during the COVID-19 pandemic in the downtown sector of the city of Guaranda of the Bolívar province during the year 2021, this given the record of a scenario of great negative incidence on the doctors. For this reason, a non-experimental study was carried out with a quantitative approach, which seeks through a survey of 40 people from the area of health of the studied city, to verify the prevalence of these negative aspects on Mental health. In the determination of the statistical model it was possible to know that there is a lack of of burnout but intervention must be made in a timely manner by creating policies and procedures to achieve adequate personal fulfillment, since their participation is high (45.0%) and stress maintains a 92.5% mild participation adding to depression and anxiety. In addition, social support must be a factor of great activity and incentive before the feeling of loneliness and little family support. Given the results presented, it is estimated convenient that the study carried out serve as a great help for the development of future research.
