| Abstract: | Abstract: The present investigation arises with the intention of making visible the mental health that health COVID-19 left as a consequence in the health personnel, being important to study each related variable in order to prevent and act on each affected dimensión, making known future investigations the prevalences obtained. In this studio. to determine the mental health status of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the southern sector of the city of Quito in 2021. As a methodology, a non-experimental desing is used, of a descriptive, quatitative and cross-sectional type, evaluating a sample of 44 health professionals. As an instrument, the Ad Hoc sociodemographic questionnaire, MBI-HSS, DASS-21, AAQ-II7, UCLA-3, PSQI, was used. Among the results, it was obtained that the majority have suffered different emotional symptoms in lesser proportionality, bus there was a group in which they obtained a low personal fulfillment with low and obtained a severe leve lof anxiety. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación surge con la intención de visibilizar la salud mental que dejó como consecuencia el COVID-19 en el personal sanitario, siendo importante estudiar cada variable relacionada para poder prevenir y actuar sobre cada dimensión afectada, dando a conocer a futuras investigaciones las prevalencias obtenidas en este estudio. Se planteó el determinar el estado de salud mental de trabajadores sanitarios durante la pandemia de COVID-19 en el sector sur de la ciudad de Quito en el 2021. Como metodología se utilizó un diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo y transversal, evaluando una muestra de 44 profesionales de la salud. Como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario Ad Hoc sociodemográfico, MBI-HSS, DASS-21, AAQ-II 7, UCLA-3, PSQI. Entre los resultados se obtuvo que mayoritariamente han sufrido diferentes síntomas emocionales en menor proporcionalidad, pero hubo un grupo en el cual obtuvo una realización personal baja y obtuvo un nivel severo de ansiedad. |
