Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: In the present research work, the issues that support the importance of the selected sentence are addressed in detail, the subject of my preference as a law student, which is Criminal Law, and, at the same time, about the Sustainable Development Goals (in forward SDGs). These three aspects maintain points of interest that are linked to each other, due to their content that is very important for the application of the selected SDG, in this case, I based my research work on SDG No. 16, the same one that refers to Access to Justice. This work was developed in a systematic way, through information sheets which in their information cover the perceptions of each graduated student and emphasizes the link between the subject and the selected SDG. For the collection of information, the bibliographic review method was also applied. The investigation that was carried out with respect to the sentence in question, as one of the foundations of this work, refers to the link that is evident between the violated rights, such as the right to privacy and access to justice, giving step for the Constitutional Court to proceed and resolve each point violated and above all assert the rights of the victim.
