| Abstract: | Abstract: This paper deals with the link between the Human Rights Matter and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda established by the United Nations. Specifically, this work focuses on Human Rights and SDG No. 10: reduction of inequalities. This objective has different approaches and one of them is migration. Therefore, to carry out an exhaustive analysis, Judgment No. 639-19-JP/20 will be studied, the same one that deals with the violation of the rights of Venezuelan migrants in Ecuador. The general objective of the research work is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the UTPL Law School to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in it. To meet this objective, a qualitative analysis of inequality, the SDGs and the aforementioned sentence is carried out. It is concluded in a general way that Judgment No. 639-19-JP/20 shows a setback in terms of compliance with the SDGs aligned with the National Plan for a Whole Life of Ecuador, specifically objective 10. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo trata sobre la vinculación de la materia de Derechos Humanos con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la Agenda 2030, establecida por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas. Específicamente, este trabajo se centra en los derechos humanos y el ODS N° 10: reducción de las desigualdades. Este objetivo tiene diferentes ejes y uno de ellos es la migración. Por lo tanto, para realizar un análisis exhaustivo se estudiará la sentencia N° 639-19-JP/20, la misma que trata sobre la vulneración de los derechos de migrantes venezolanos en Ecuador. El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general conocer los factores que confluyen en el egresado de la carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en ésta. Para cumplir este objetivo se realiza un análisis cualitativo de la desigualdad, los ODS y la sentencia mencionada. Se concluye de manera general que la sentencia N° 639-19-JP/20 muestra un retroceso en cuanto al cumplimiento de los ODS alineados al Plan Nacional Toda una Vida de Ecuador, específicamente el objetivo 10. |
