Abstract

Abstract: This thesis project makes known the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals that it has before Ecuadorian society, and in the same way, an analysis of the importance of Sustainable Development Goal number sisteen is carried out, since its main function lies in the promotion of just, peaceful and inclusive societies. Likewise, this project was based on the search for a Judgment of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, where it is possible to appreciate the violated rights of Ecuadorian society and on the ineffectiveness that the country presents on the medical care that many people receive. There was also a brief analysis of the problems that legal professionals are facing after the universal pandemic that arose on our planet. It is worth mentioning that for this project the dialectic method was used, which helped to gather the necessary information to perceive the problems that harm Ecuadorian women and, in this way, find the most viable solution so that Ecuadorian society can be rebuilt as a just, peaceful and also inclusive society.
