| Abstract: | Abstract: The present work has as objective to develop a strategic plan for the tourist strengthening of the Aguas Sulfurosas El Arenal Tourist Complex, in the Arenal parish, Puyango canton, Loja province, year 2022-2027. With the use of a non-experimental methodology, with documentary review, exploratory and descriptive scope and of transversal temporality. Information was collected by means of a questionnaire in 334 subjects between inhabitants and participants. For which it was possible to establish the sociodemographic data, the season of greatest influx, aspects related to the organization of the trip and the level of satisfaction with the services provided by the complex. In this way, it was possible to carry out a situational diagnosis with the use of the PESTEL and SWOT tools, and of tourist potential, for the development of the strategic plan for the tourist strengthening of the complex. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un plan estratégico para el fortalecimiento turístico del Complejo Turístico Aguas Sulfurosas El Arenal, de la parroquia Arenal, cantón Puyango, provincia de Loja, año 2022-2027. Con el uso de una metodología de tipo no experimental, con revisión documental, de alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, y de temporalidad transversal. Se recopiló información por medio de un cuestionario en una muestra de 334 sujetos entre habitantes y participantes. Para lo cual se pudo establecer los datos sociodemográficos, temporada de mayor afluencia, aspectos referentes a la organización de viaje y nivel de satisfacción sobre los servicios que brinda el complejo. De esta manera se pudo realizar un diagnóstico situacional con el uso de las herramientas PESTEL y FODA, y de potencial turístico, para el desarrollo del plan estratégico para el fortalecimiento turístico del complejo. |
