Abstract: The housing problems that occur most frequently is the lack of comfort and habitability in the homes, problems that originate from the use of construction materials that are not suitable for the climatic zone of location because the factors of climate are not considered. around. This titling work shows the results of the Hygrothermal comfort analysis and a review of compliance with the NEC-HS-EE - Habitability and Health (NEC-HS) of two types of housing in the "ciudad Victoria" sector of the city of Loja with the aim of developing a housing prototype resilient to the climate of the place, through bioclimatic strategies focused on improving the materiality of the building envelope as well as the internal spaces with the aim of correcting the thermal behavior of the houses.
