Uso de material digital cómico para mejorar el conocimiento en Seguridad Vial

Abstract

Abstract:Encouraging road safety education can help reduce the number of deaths from traffic accidents. The present investigation was of an experimental type, whose main The objective was to prove that the use of comic digital material improves knowledge in Security Vial, for this, it began with a bibliographical review on the main causes of accidents of transit in Ecuador and some criteria were determined to consider that said material Contributes to driver's education. Comic digital material was developed, which was prepared and disseminated daily through the Facebook page @EduVial.UTPL, is applied a pre-test and post-test to measure the increase in learning about safety vial of the target study group, which was represented by young adult students of the Civil Engineering career of the Private Technical University of Loja. The results evidenced, on the one hand, the interaction of the students with the resources and also as improved their knowledge about road safety (24.78%)
