Abstract: The purpose of this project is to carry out research on the sustainable development objectives that were created by the United Nations Organization with the purpose of having an action mechanism to combat conflicts that harm the economic, social and environmental progress of the member countries, whose Its principle is equal rights for all and its main function is to care for and protect the well-being of all citizens and future generations, which were divided into 17 aspects focused on different specific points. Mainly the study of this research is based on objective No. 16 that protects peace, justice and strong institutions and how their role has been in the different situations where justice has been applied and how public institutions have improved so that there is equal, fairness, and transparency in all processes, especially in the sentence of the investigated case. How the Sustainable Development Goal Nor.16 intervenes in the due process and if all the rights that it protects are put into practice and it is intertwined with the subjects of law study.
