| dc.description | Resumen: La Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja a través del Observatorio de Seguridad Vial, tiene la finalidad de brindar una base de datos con información de variables de tráfico de la Red Vial que comprende la provincia de Loja, por lo tanto, es necesario implementar inventarios viales que alimenten al entorno virtual. Un inventario vial, consiste en georreferenciar y caracterizar los distintos elementos que comprende la infraestructura: hidráulica, vial y estructural de una carretera. El presente proyecto consiste en la aplicación de softwares móviles de uso libre, para realizar la georreferenciación y caracterización de los elementos que comprende la infraestructura vial, siendo una metodología de bajo costo, eficiente y adaptable para cualquier vía. Con la implementación del proyecto, se brinda información específica de la infraestructura vial, almacenada en un Sistema de Información Geográfica, con el propósito de impulsar a proyectos de mantenimiento y repotenciación de la red vial que comprende la provincia de Loja. | es_ES |
