Abstract: This research aims to be a reference on the central theme of study through the analysis of Development Objective No. 16, so it is necessary to mention that the subject of Criminal Law is linked to SDG 16 in the following way: first, justice, peace and the institutions in charge of its administration have to be the cornerstone within the Constitution in all States around the world. In this way, through the analysis of the appeal judgment that is linked to the aforementioned objective, the necessary parameters will be obtained to confirm why the appeal is inadmissible. On the other hand, university information on this aspect must focus on imparting the knowledge developed from critical and investigative thinking that leads to finding evidence that generates peace and justice, at all levels and situations, in this way, students they have to be exposed to a frequent practice, which encompasses the discernment of reality to promote respect for rights at a global level. So, it is so, that the objectives will be achieved.
