Influencia de la formación en emprendimiento: la situación de las instituciones educativas en el Ecuador y sus implicaciones

Abstract

Abstract: When the entrepreneurial spirit seeks to emerge, people look for the opportunities that are available. present whether they are at the origin of an innovative idea or an idea that they have seen with previously but that needs that small pinch of ingenuity and development, the present work has been carried out in order to identify the needs of a new market where certain requirements must be met in order to achieve the objective. The innovation of a new market leads us to be able to establish what entrepreneurship is like in the world and how This takes place in Ecuador, which is what the government gives us to be able to support the entrepreneur and what are the obstacles that are presented in the future entrepreneur and how they overcome these obstacles and can develop in the new market competitive. This research work has been developed with the application of interviews to entrepreneurs, knowing what their obstacles and strengths were in the development of their new entrepreneurial projects, how they overcame them and how their current ventures, starting from an idea to a venture.
