Salud mental de trabajadores sanitarios durante la pandemia de COVID 19 en el centro de salud del cantón de Puerto Quito parroquia Buenos Aires de la ciudad de Quito y centro de Emergencias Ecu 911 de la ciudad de Guayaquil durante el año 2021

Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation analyze the mental health of health workers during the pandemic of COVID 19 in the health center of the canton of Puerto Quito, parish of Buenos Aires in the city of Quito and Ecu 911 emergency center, taking into account that the general objective is to establish the psychological state and Burnout syndrome, obtained in the attention of health personnel of the different cities during the pandemic of COVID-19. The methodology applied was a non-experimental and non-probabilistic design with cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive and quantitative typologies. A sample of 45 health employees was used in this research, taking into account that all of them are specialists, located instinctively in Quid and Guayaquil. The instruments applied were MBI-HSS, DASS-21, AAQ-II7, UCLA-3, and PSQI; which helped in the evaluation of the different levels of burnout (MBI). In conclusion, in order to improve mental health in health personnel, emphasis should be placed on the diagnosis and treatment of the problems established in the sample obtained in this research.
