Abstract

Abstract: The world is going through many changes, including climate change, which has recently accelerated in an impressive way, a situation that has made the rulers of several countries come together and make decisions that help alleviate the consequences that this alteration brings to the ecosystem. That is why, for several years ago, specific objectives were set to try to fight against many problems that affect the world, creating for this purpose the MDGs, better known as the Millennium Goals, which established 8 objectives. As time passed, these objectives were expanded, becoming 17, but today called Sustainable Development Goals, the same ones that were created to favor people, the planet and prosperity. Among the ODS is No. 16, which focuses on peace, justice and solid institutions that, in accordance with the Plan for the Creation of Opportunities 2021 - 2025, seek access to justice, through a fair, equitable system, and solid. The present work is focused on the study of the sentence No. 002-16-SEP-CC dated January 1, 2016, which declared the violation of the constitutional rights to legal certainty, due process in the guarantee of the motivation enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic.
