Abstract

Abstract: The topic of the investigation is: "Academic preferences of the students of the career of law and its link with the sustainable development goals (SDG) through the study of sentences , whose objective was to know the factors that come together in the student of the UTPL Law Degree to develop preferences for specific areas of law legal science and its future specialization in them. The systematic method was used. analytical and synthetic; research for its orientation to the review process of jurisprudence, legal norms and doctrine is theoretical-deductive. The techniques were the signing and study of sentences. The sentence that was analyzed was issued by the Court Constitutional Law of Ecuador, was related in matters of Civil Law and SDG No. 16 - Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies. It is concluded that the rights contemplated in SDG 16 in the case of Ecuador are not fully complied with, although they are have established strategies that help promote and guarantee all Ecuadorians to live in peace and have access to justice.
