Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the ruling of the Constitutional Court, along with the Sustainable Development Goal Number 10, in relation to such an important right, as is the right to food within the disability group. We will be able to analyze the relevance of this right specifically applied in one of the groups considered vulnerable recognized in our country according to the Constitution of the Republic in its Article 35 along with the chosen SDG. This arduous research will demonstrate that in our legal and regulatory system there are legal gaps and contradictions that not only affect the system of applicability of the rule, but leave without effect the rights of persons with disabilities, in addition to hindering the Sustainable Development that we want to achieve through the Sustainable Development Goal chosen that protects rights to justice and its proper administration. We will know more in depth in the development of this work, the importance of ensuring in our country a correct application of the rights that our society has, in order to avoid violations or abuses of them.
