| dc.description | Resumen: Disponer de una base de datos actualizada permite la planificación del mejoramiento y rehabilitación de la vía; es decir, se convierte en referente para que los Organismos Nacionales generen planes de mantenimiento vial. La finalidad de este trabajo, fue el realizar un inventario de los elementos viales, hidráulicos y estructurales como alcantarillas, cunetas, puentes, etc., además de zonas de riesgo producidas por deslizamientos de la vía Saraguro Celén, tramo comprendido entre las abscisas 13+485 a 28+770, perteneciente a la red vial habilitada por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Loja. Mediante la recopilación de datos en campo se gestionó información, aplicando softwares como Mergin Maps y Geo Tracker para la evaluación funcional de cada componente, se desarrolló una base de datos georreferenciados y mapas temáticos aplicando el software de sistema de información geográfica QGIS, en los cuales se presentan las coordenadas de ubicación y características de los elementos evaluados.
