Abstract:The work focuses on analyzing the 16 Sustainable Development Goals, in particular the right of access to justice, the importance of recognition and protection by part of all nations, and the effective implementation of all populations of the world, without any kind of segregation. The State must guarantee that every person have this right, taking into account their realities, for the effective exercise of the other human rights. Human rights are an essential part of the human rights and the recognition and effective defense of human rights contribute to building a peaceful, just and equitable society. There is no doubt that the world needs initiatives like this to achieve a better society for everyone, but good intentions alone are not enough, but they are really effective. For this reason, as Díaz Barrado says, "the framework in which These objectives must be executed, it must incorporate components of a legal nature and not only elements of a political nature .
