Abstract:In view of the saturation of the labor market in certain areas of law, this degree work to know the areas of legal knowledge preferred by the student to verify its importance in social demands. This work is character exploratory-projective legal, carried out through signing techniques and the study of sentences, resorting to the Virtual Learning Environment (EVA) of the UTPL. Sentence analyzed is No. 2373-2016, issued by the National Court of Justice on December 15 of 2016, by appeal for the crime of femicide, which is related to the ODS No. 5, and with the preferred subject, Criminal Law. The systematic method was used, the method of analysis and synthesis and the exegetical method. The first chapter is a Review of the existing literature on the SDGs, a critical and reflective analysis is carried out on its importance and the chosen sentence is studied. The second talks about the methodology used, the third chapter talks about the results obtained and the fourth chapter is dedicated to the relevant discussion.
