| Abstract: | Abstract: The present research work has as its theme "Academic preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of sentences", which has as purpose that the students can identify the scope, the magnitude, the strength of the Sustainable Development Goals and link your matter of preference according to your choice. In relation to this, the subject of Criminal Law was chosen, and the judgment of September 24, 2020. Resolution No. 1258-2020 of the National Court of Justice, which was specifically linked to the Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 in which he seeks peace, justice and solid institutions. As a result of the investigation, it was possible to identify the commitment of the countries and specifically of the State to comply with the 2030 Agenda, the programs and budgets assigned for each ODS, it has also been possible to identify the progress in terms of justice and the importance of the solid institutions, because they go hand in hand and have the same purpose of giving everyone what they deserve. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como tema Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible a través del estudio de sentencias , el cual tiene como finalidad que los estudiantes puedan identificar el alcance, la magnitud, la fuerza de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y vincular su materia de preferencia de acuerdo a su elección. En relación a ello, se escogió la asignatura de Derecho Penal, y la Resolución No 1258-2020 de la Corte Nacional de Justicia, que se vinculó de manera específica con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible N.º 16 en el cual busca paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas. Como resultado de la investigación se pudo identificar el compromiso de los países y de manera específica del Estado en cumplir con la Agenda 2030, los programas y presupuestos asignados para cada ODS, también se ha podido identificar el avance en cuanto a justicia y la importancia de las instituciones sólidas, pues van de la mano y tienen la misma finalidad, de dar a cada quien lo que merece. |
