| Abstract: | Abstract: The present work gives us the opportunity to analyze and give a healthy critique of the Sustainable Development Goals No. 16, its application, how and when these objectives should be linked through the study of No. 365-18-JH/21 and accumulated. It is necessary to establish a just, peaceful and inclusive society within the Social Rehabilitation system, with minimum parameters of respect for persons deprived of liberty from now on [PPL]. In chapter one, a detail of the SDGs is made to initiate a link with the sentence and establish its importance. In chapter two, the appropriate research methodology for its development will be applied, as well as the techniques, study methods, analysis and linkage of the sentence with SDG No. 16. In chapter three the relevant points of the judgment No. 365-18-JH/21 and accumulated, the different legal aspects and the violation of the rights of the PPL are analyzed. The chapter analyzes the results of the sentence and SDG 16. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the research carried out are presented. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo nos brinda la oportunidad de analizar y dar una sana critica de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible N° 16, su aplicación, como y cuando se debe vincular dichos objetivos mediante el estudio de la N°. 365-18-JH/21 y acumulados. Es preciso establecer una sociedad justa, pacifica e inclusiva dentro del sistema de Rehabilitación Social, con parámetros mínimos de respeto para las personas privadas de libertad de aquí en adelante [PPL]. En el capítulo uno se realiza un detalle de los ODS para iniciar un vínculo con la sentencia y establecer su importancia. En el capítulo dos se aplicará la metodología de investigación adecuada para su desarrollo, así como las técnicas, métodos de estudio, análisis y vinculación de la sentencia con el ODS N°16. En el capítulo tres se plasman los puntos relevantes de la sentencia N°. 365-18-JH/21 y acumulados, se analiza los diferentes aspectos jurídicos y la vulneración de derechos de los PPL. En el capítulo se hace un análisis de resultados de la sentencia y el ODS 16. Finalmente se plantean las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación realizada. |
