Estudio de factibilidad para implementar una consultora técnica sobre sistema de gestión de seguridad operacional en empresas de aviación menor en Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to determine, until the first quarter of 2023, the feasibility of implementing a Technical Consultancy specialized in SMS for aeronautical companies that own aircraft weighing less than 12500 pounds within the Ecuadorian territory, as an opportunity for companies that do not have the capacity to manage the system, obtain a comprehensive service that will provide externally: training, advice, audits and design the system. The information obtained by the consultant on the results of the management of the operational safety system of any company with which it has a contract, will feed the State Operational Safety Management System, and this entity in turn will issue policies or procedures that will help reduce the probability that organizations suffer incidents or accidents that represent economic losses, physical, infrastructure and/or human. The methodology was a conclusive descriptive research, using quantitative and qualitative data, in order to know the management status and operational characteristics to determine new market opportunities, costs, sale price and profitability of the project for the shareholder.
