Formación en competencias digitales: diagnóstico a docentes de bachillerato en Instituciones Educativas del Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: The present work of curricular integration has as its theme, the "Training in digital: diagnosis to high school teachers in Educational Institutions of Ecuador , in This research, the general objective is: Diagnose the level of digital skills of high school teachers, based on the Common Framework of Digital Competence Teacher. This investigative work was carried out in the province of Loja, specifically in the Cariamanga and Espíndola cantons, for its development, a sample of 10 teachers who carry out their work in the Unified General Baccalaureate (BGU), in this investigation, a data collection was carried out through the technique called survey, through a questionnaire; Thus, the results obtained showed that the self-perception of digital competences of the investigated teachers, indicates that they have high knowledge in digital skills, likewise, it is determined that they present deficiencies in issues such as security of digital devices and in the preparation of digital content to upload and share on social networks and digital platforms, so which it is recommended that teachers participate in training programs on digital skills.
