Abstract

Abstract:In this work, a brief study is carried out on the subject: Academic preferences of Law students and their relationship with the Development Objectives Sustainable (SDG) through the study of sentences, it was born for the consideration of legal conflicts due to changes in the constitutional area. The investigation has as objective to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law Career of the UTPL, valuing academic and legal skills and encouraging best practices of social co-responsibility. In the case study, the methodology was applied of the bibliographic review, outlining the concepts of access to quality justice, legal certainty, effective judicial protection, due process, comprehensive reparation, right to request asylum or refuge, the right not to be returned and its relationship with SDG No. 10 that deals with on the reduction of inequalities, as a means to protect people in a state of of defenselessness such as asylum seekers and the determination of their status as refugee.
