| Abstract: | Abstract: In the present investigation, it is possible to demonstrate the academic preferences of the students of the law career and their link with the development objective (ODS) through the study of sustainable sentences , in addition to the objective of the investigation of knowing the factors that converge in the student of the Faculty of Law of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal sciences and their future specialization in them. Previously, humanity claimed gender equality in any of its manifestations as an absolute and inalienable right. However, despite multiple efforts and steps towards that goal, there are still areas around the world where women have low or even minimal status. Gender equality is also one of the main objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 5). With the aim of a world where all people can live equally, this thesis presents the current situation of discrimination against women and the problems that must be solved. |
| Description: | Resumen: En la presente investigación se puede evidenciar las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho y su vinculación con lo objetivo de desarrollo sostenible a través del estudio de sentencias , además con el objetivo de la investigación de conocer los factores que confluyen en el estudiante de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas. Anteriormente la humanidad reclamó como derecho absoluto e inclaudicable, la igualdad de género en cualquiera de sus manifestaciones. Sin embargo, pese a los múltiples esfuerzos y pasos dirigidos hacia ese propósito, todavía persisten áreas en todo el mundo donde las mujeres tienen un estatus bajo o hasta de mínima condición. La igualdad de género es también uno de los principales objetivos de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS 5). Con el objetivo de un mundo donde todas las personas puedan vivir por igual, con el presente trabajo de tesis se presenta la situación actual de discriminación contra las mujeres y los problemas que deben resolverse. |
