Abstract

Abstract: Domestic violence is considered a public health problem for the victim and the society; it involves physical, psychological, sexual, economic aspects, among others; generated by a tertiary (a); it can be externalized with the presence of injuries or death; without ignoring the possible psychological consequences. For this reason, proper advice is necessary. legal and sanitary. The objective of this work is to identify the characteristics of the vulnerable people and injuries related to domestic violence. The biomedical literature in the Scielo, Scopus, BVS, Lilacs databases; analyzing 11 articles that support this degree work. The research question is focused on the characteristics of the people violated and injuries, where the majority of studies include age group (15 - 65 years), partner aggression, women as people vulnerable, men as alleged aggressors, middle or low socioeconomic class, married persons, physical, psychological or economic violence, blunt injury or trauma, facial injury, lower or upper limbs, substance abuse or symptoms psychopathological and repetition of two or more times.
