| Abstract: | Abstract:The present investigation entails an analysis of the "Academic preferences of the students of the Law degree, and its connection with the Development Objectives Sustainable (SDG) through the study of sentences . Currently, there is a trend for the change in educational models within society, moving from a system where only a teacher is heard giving his lecture to become spaces for debate on topics of importance for the development of capacities as professionals and of society. He The objective of the study is "To know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Career of Law of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these", through legal research, conceived as the set of procedures of a reflective, systematic, critical and creative nature. The judgment no. 213-18-SEP-CC whose protected rights are related to SDG 16 Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions. The extraordinary protection action was accepted by the Constitutional Court, establishing reparation measures in favor of the plaintiff. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación conlleva un análisis de las Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho, y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias . Actualmente, existe una tendencia por el cambio de los modelos educativos dentro de la sociedad, pasar de un sistema donde solo se escucha a un docente impartir su cátedra a convertirse en espacios de debate de temáticas de importancia para el desarrollo de las capacidades como profesionales y de la sociedad. El estudio tiene objetivo Conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas , mediante la investigación jurídica, concebida como el conjunto de procedimientos de carácter reflexivo, sistemático, crítico y creativo. Se analizó la sentencia nro. 213-18-SEP-CC cuyos derechos tutelados están relacionados con el ODS 16 Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas. La acción extraordinaria de protección fue aceptada por la Corte Constitucional, estableciendo medidas de reparación a favor de la accionante. |
