Abstract:This research work aims to know the areas of legal knowledge preferred by the UTPL Law Graduate and their future specialization, It is assessed whether the skills acquired by the student are adequate to meet the the demands of the labor market. Methodology: theoretical-deductive type, of a legal nature exploratory-projective, resorting to the Virtual Learning Environment (EVA) of the UTPL. Selected ruling: No. 16-16-JC/20 of the Constitutional Court. Examine the resolution of the precautionary measures requested by the Ministry of Health against providers private hemodialysis services and establishes constitutional parameters to guarantee the right to health of patients with renal insufficiency. It was linked to SDG 3 and to Human Rights subject. The systematic method, the method of analysis and synthesis and the exegetical method. The first chapter is a review of the literature on the SDG and analysis of SDG 3. The second talks about the methodology used, the third talks about the results obtained and the fourth chapter is devoted to the pertinent discussion.
