| Abstract: | Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda constitute a commitment of governments worldwide to seek a better future for the coming generations, achieving each of the 17 goals included in the agenda implies meeting and enforce the declaration of Human Rights, international agreements, the constitution and laws of the republic. The fulfillment of rights is related to the Law Degree, for which reason carries out an analysis of the sustainable development objectives and in particular of Objective No. 16 Promote Just, Peaceful and Inclusive Societies, and its application both in Law Administrative as in Tax Law, through the analysis of a judgment of the Court Constitutional Court of Ecuador, regarding an extraordinary protection action, presented by the Internal Revenue Service demanding the violation of rights of protection and rights of good living, by the Chamber of Associate Judges of Tax Litigation of the National Court of Justice that qualifies as inadmissible the appeal filed in against a judgment of the challenge trial No. 17505-2011-0051. |
| Description: | Resumen: Los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) de la Agenda 2030 constituyen un compromiso de los gobiernos a nivel mundial para procurar un futuro mejor para las próximas generaciones, alcanzar cada uno de los 17 objetivos que incluye la agenda implica cumplir y hacer cumplir la declaración de Derechos humanos, acuerdos internacionales, la constitución y leyes de la república. El cumplimiento de derechos, tiene relación con la Carrera de Derecho, por lo que se realiza un análisis de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible y en particular del Objetivo Nro. 16 Promover Sociedades Justas, Pacíficas e Inclusivas, y su aplicación tanto en Derecho Administrativo como en Derecho Tributario, mediante el análisis de una sentencia de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador, respecto a una acción extraordinaria de protección, presentada por el Servicio de Rentas Internas demandando la vulneración de derechos de protección y derechos del buen vivir, por parte de la Sala de Conjueces de lo Contencioso Tributario de la Corte Nacional de Justicia que califica de inadmisible el recurso de casación interpuesto en contra una sentencia del juicio de impugnación Nro. 17505-2011-0051. |
