Análisis de la gestión de la responsabilidad social empresarial en tiempos de COVID-19, caso de estudio Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CACPE Zamora, año 2021

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within companies financial institutions is visualized through the actions taken with their stakeholders internal and external. COVID-19 put the CSR of many companies to the test in such way that the objective of this research is to evaluate the management of CSR in times of COVID-19 in the Cacpe Zamora Savings and Credit Cooperative in the year 2021. For this purpose, it was decided to use a quantitative methodological design through instruments such as: questionnaire with Likert type scale) and (interview) of which has been able to know that the company acted effectively in which it had a high Social Responsibility in the year 2021 with their respective interest groups in a especially with their employees in such a way that these results demonstrate that the company if it complies with its obligations. Consequently, its high degree of Social responsibility is reflected in the safety and performance of the employees. Finally, some actions are recommended to enhance its strengths.
