Abstract

Abstract: The present work is developed based on the analysis of the Objectives of Development of the United Nations and its relation to the study of Sentences, since they seek know the reality of each country regarding the measures proposed to comply with Objectives and if each member country fully complies with them, there is also a brief explanation in the legal field of the legal regulations in force in Ecuador, in matters of Criminal Law, Human Rights, for the protection of the Rights of Women both from the public and private spheres, in the same way which are Protection measures that the state must assume jointly with society to protect the life and integrity of women, girls, boys and adolescents, and on everything to achieve gender equality where women can live in a healthy environment, free of violence. It is also necessary to indicate that they found the analysis of the sentence and the analysis of the policies that have been elaborated based on the National Development Plan to achieve gender equality.
