Abstract

Abstract:Ecuador has been framed in a process of legal development guided to the protection and inherent preservation of the vital rights for the human being, being justice and sentences executed a mechanism for their enjoyment, chosen as the ideal means to contribute to the free exercise of the rights that derive from the Constitution, Treaties International and relevant regulations, trying to correspond to the Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDG), NGOs and plans linked to Good Living, to integrate the social contribution of Ecuadorians. It is about exceeding current expectations, complying with each essential budget for its effectiveness, using public policies, development plans and social inclusion. This study seeks to relate the Sustainable Development Goals no. 3 Health; and, no. 16 Justice, Peace and Solid Institutions, with the ruling on Constitutional Court, in an extraordinary action for the protection of a minor, to analyze if the content established by the United Nations fulfilled its purpose and if they were carried out carry out the goals corresponding to each objective according to the national reality.
