Abstract:This Graduation Project called: "Academic preferences of the Law students and their relationship with the Development Objectives Sustainable (SDG) through the study of sentences" highlighting that the SDGs were adopted and approved by the United Nations Assembly in 2015, this work, is oriented so that university students of the Law career, we can meet and enforce these objectives which is known as "a better world , where the entire planet can enjoy health, education, economy, security, peace and prosperity. The research base of this degree project is Through Judgment No. 1494-15-EP/21, it states that the Constitutional Court has found violated rights such as Legal Security, based on the previous analysis of the sentence, the Objective that best suits is SDG 16 "Peace, justice and institutions solid , in addition, the non reformatio in peius principle is another of the violated guarantees. It should be noted that the sentence has been analyzed together with SDG 16, leading us to analyze, reflect and be part of a just and peaceful society.
