Abstract

Abstract:The objective of this paper is to analyze the link between the Development Objectives Sustainable Development (SDG) and the academic preferences of law students through the study of ruling No. 1016-20-JP/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, whose importance lies in knowing how the SDGs and the identification in the sentences issued by the different Ecuadorian justice bodies; and, how judges repair the violated right or omit the right leaving defenseless to those who request them. The methodology applied in this research is theoretical-deductive, oriented to the review of legal norms and doctrine in relation to law and social phenomena nationally and globally, likewise, through the subject of Constitutional Law, studied the importance of the right to receive a quality education ; but also, of what way has its non-compliance affected people with disabilities, despite the existence of several national and international organizations that protect and guarantee the right to education as a fundamental right of all people to guarantee a life worthy.
