Abstract:This degree work seeks to determine if the knowledge acquired by the student in the course of his law degree, specifically, if the preferred subject of the student adapts to the Sustainable Development Goals in order to determine if it will be able to resolve legal conflicts of a global nature and if they are sufficient to function within the work environment. All this is addressed based on two tabs, the first of academic preferences and the second of the relationship between the preferred subject, SDGs and chosen sentence. Here specifically the way in which the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, through through Judgment No. 50-21-cn/22 contributes to the fulfillment of the Development Objectives Sustainable, taking into account the public policies pre-established in the Toda una vida plan. In particular, scrutiny is carried out on the application of the conditional suspension of the sentence within an abbreviated procedure, with this, it is also analyzed if not allowing the application of this legal figure violates legal security, which is a right protected by the Objective of Sustainable Development 16.
