Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between SDG 16 and the system Yo court, through the study of a sentence, in order to identify the challenges and opportunities to promote peace, justice and social inclusion in the judicial sphere. A review of the literature and an analysis of the content of the sentence were carried out. studied, in which its consistency with SDG 16 was evaluated. The results indicate that the sentence studied is aligned with SDG 16 in terms of promoting justice and inclusion by recognizing the importance of guaranteeing human rights and equality before the law. However, opportunities to strengthen implementation were also identified. of SDG 16 in the judicial system, such as the promotion of transparency and accountability accounts, the creation of alliances between the judicial sector and civil society, and the inclusion of principles of SDG 16 in the training and training of legal operators. In In conclusion, the importance of the implementation of SDG 16 in the judicial system is highlighted. as a means to promote peace, justice and social inclusion, and are presented recommendations to address the identified challenges and take advantage of the opportunities identified.
