Abstract:The present thesis entitled Academic preferences of the students of the Career of Law and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, has as a General Objective to get to know all those factors that come together in the student of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and its future specialization in these, research that was carried out in the city of Loja from the Knowledge Integrator Project, using as a sample the students of the Private Technical University of Loja specifically to those belonging to the Law degree through the analytical, legal, documentary methodology, with the use of techniques such as signing and sentence analysis, obtaining as a result some relevant aspects that allowed us to determine which are effectively the academic preferences of the students of the Law School of the UTPL depending on their preferred subject and how this directly influences their interests when choosing where to focus within the professional field.
