| Abstract: | Abstract:Our research topic titled Student Academic Preferences of the Law degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, (the SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in the year 2015). This is a universal call to end the violence and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030 . Since this sentence deals with the crime of murder typified in article 140 of the COIP, with number of sentence investigated Nº09281-2018-04489, deals with the fact that the Provincial Court of Justice of Guayas and the National Court have found violated constitutional rights contemplated in SDG No. 16, such as right to life, legal certainty, physical integrity thinking in the future of reducing the rates of violence. Another of the general objectives is to know the factors that influence the graduate of the UTPL Law degree to develop preferences for specific areas of law legal science and its future specialization in these. |
| Description: | Resumen: Nuestro tema de investigación titulado Preferencias Académicas de los Estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias, (los ODS fueron adoptados por las Naciones Unidas en el año 2015). Esto es un llamado universal para poner fin a la violencia y garantizar que todas las personas gocen de paz y prosperidad para el 2030 .Ya que la presente sentencia trata del delito de asesinato tipificado en el artículo 140 del COIP, con número de sentencia investigada Nº09281-2018-04489, trata de que la Corte Provincial de Justicia del Guayas y Corte Nacional han encontrado derechos constitucionales vulnerados que contempla el ODS Nº16, tales como derecho a la vida, seguridad jurídica, integridad física pensando a futuro en reducir los índices de violencia. Otro de los objetivos generales es conocer los factores que influyen en el egresado de la carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en estas. |
