Abstract

Abstract: Currently, there is talk about sustainability, due to the need to promote dignified quality of life for current and future generations, thus, the Objectives of Sustainable Development are 17 and allow to create a plan for a better future for the humanity and the environmental, social, political environment. The objective of the present research is to identify the main doctrinal and legal aspects of the implementation of objective No. 10 of the SDGs, which talks about the reduction of inequality. Thus, sentence No. is analyzed. 832-20-JP/21, which talks about the violation of Human Rights, also registered in the Constitution of Ecuador, such This is the case of article 37.7, which is the right of the elderly to decent housing, article 66 numeral 2 to the rights of freedom, article 75 of the rights to effective legal protection. Among the results achieved was considered the branch of human rights because as a professional in jurisprudence it is possible to defend whose rights have been violated, fairly and decisively.
