Education is the basic pillar for development, the State is the one who must put special attention so that this right is fulfilled, and thus achieve the effective development of one of the Sustainable Development Goal SDGs, adopted by the Organization of Nations United Nations, in 2015, to specifically objective No. 4, which tries to guarantee an inclusive, non-discriminatory, equitable and quality education, to provide learning opportunities for children and adolescents, and it is thus that through This present research work whose purpose is to know, respect and guarantee the right to education, with special attention to girls, boys and adolescents in a situation of human mobility.
