| Abstract: | Abstract:The present research topic entitled academic preferences of the students of the Law degree and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) a Through the study of sentences, it intends to know the factors that influence the graduate of the UTPL Law School, to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and its future specialization in them; although, the capacities that the student is acquiring in the subjects of his preference as right constitutional, human rights, among others are important, they cannot be enough to respond to the types of legal conflicts in the world today. The methodological strategy used for this investigation was of a theoretical deductive and legal projective type; of character socio-legal and legal exploratory. The methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic; and the signing techniques, sentencing study and online research, served for the review bibliographic information analysis. At the end of the research work, it can be concluded that the influential factors in preferences for areas of legal science are phenomena social, the violation of rights guaranteed in the Constitution, such as, discrimination, gender violence and the delay in legal processes. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente tema de investigación titulado preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias, pretende conocer los factores que influyen en el egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL, para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas; si bien, las capacidades que el estudiante está adquiriendo en las asignaturas de su preferencia como derecho constitucional, derechos humanos, entre otras son importantes, no pueden ser suficientes para responder a los tipos de conflictos jurídicos del mundo actual. La estrategia metodológica utilizada para esta investigación fue de tipo teórico deductiva y jurídico proyectiva; de carácter socio-jurídica y jurídico exploratoria. Los métodos de análisis y síntesis, sistemático; y, las técnicas de fichaje, estudio de sentencia e investigación en línea, sirvieron para la revisión bibliográfica análisis de la información. Al finalizar el trabajo investigativo se puede concluir que los factores influyentes en las preferencias por áreas de la ciencia jurídica son fenómenos sociales, la vulneración de derechos garantizados en la Constitución, tales como, discriminación, violencia de género y, la demora en los procesos jurídicos. |
