Abstract:The objective of this Degree Work called is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the Private University of Loja, to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these, with the purpose of promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitating access to justice for all and create effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels, as established in goal 16 of the SDGs. The results of the analysis of Sentence No. 24281-2017- 01051, of the National Court, of the Criminal, Military Criminal, Police Criminal and Traffic Chambers, have found that the constitutional rights of due process, legal security, have been violated, due to the lack of motivation and argumentation of the sentences of the first and second instance judges for the crime of sexual abuse against minors.
