Abstract: Abstract:The objective of this Degree Work called is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the Private University of Loja, to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these, with the purpose of promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitating access to justice for all and create effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels, as established in goal 16 of the SDGs. The results of the analysis of Sentence No. 24281-2017- 01051, of the National Court, of the Criminal, Military Criminal, Police Criminal and Traffic Chambers, have found that the constitutional rights of due process, legal security, have been violated, due to the lack of motivation and argumentation of the sentences of the first and second instance judges for the crime of sexual abuse against minors. Description: Resumen: El objetivo del presente Trabajo de Titulación es conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Particular de Loja, para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas, con el propósito de promover sociedades pacíficas e inclusivas para el desarrollo sostenible, facilitar el acceso a la justicia para todos y crear instituciones eficaces, responsables e inclusivas a todos los niveles, tal como establece el objetivo 16 de los ODS. Los resultados del análisis de la Sentencia N.º 24281-2017-01051, de la Corte Nacional, de la Sala Penal, Penal Militar, Penal Policial y Tránsito, ha encontrado vulnerados los derechos constitucionales del debido proceso, seguridad jurídica, debido a la falta de motivación y argumentación de las sentencias de los jueces de primera y segunda instancia por el delito de abuso sexual contra los menores de edad. La vulneración de los derechos constitucionales de menores de edad se vincula con el ODS 16.2.
