Abstract

Abstract: It is important that at present everything that allows the integral development of the of the different states. That is why, you must know how you can approach them to achieve what is established in the Sustainable Development Goals, whose objective is integrate the three dimensions of sustainability, such as the economic, social and environment, dimensions necessary to achieve true internal growth and external of the different countries. This can only be achieved with the commitment acquired by each subscribing state, since the elaboration of public policies that cooperate with what is established in the so-called 2030 Agenda, thus achieving true development Sustainable. One of these goals is SDG 16, which is considered the backbone of said agenda, since it seeks to integrate the other objectives towards the construction of a just, peaceful and inclusive society, which can be achieved with the issuance of sentences based on fair decisions attached to the protection of rights, thus achieving closer to the reality of the development that is expected to be achieved.
